CHNA27 is committed to improving the quality of life and health on Cape Cod and Islands through education, discussion, and community networking with special attention to the social determinants of health.
We hold meetings open to the public every second Thursday of the month September - June at 9 am - 10:30 am.
Currently, our meetings are on Zoom until further notice.
Over forty-five Cape and Islands health and human service organizations meet monthly to learn from each other and explore solutions to our region's challenges.
Cape Cod is a unique and beautiful place to live, work and have fun!
The Cape is an incubator for philanthropic culture with over 1000 non-profit organizations working to meet many needs in the community - from academic assistance, clothing needs, to feeding and empowering those less fortunate. We also work to protect our environment, water, and wildlife.
Please join us to learn more about our community and the organizations whose missions lead to improve the quality of life of all Cape Cod residents and visitors.
Our membership represents over 45 health and human service agencies across the Cape Cod and the Islands and is open to the public, all are welcome.
